Do you need assistance planning an upcoming event or conference? EDUCATION CONNECTION staff will help you with all of the details, from the planning stages to execution. We can either host your event at our facility or assist you with selecting the right venue for your event. Full-scale catering is available on- and off-site. Our experienced staff have organized events such as a national speaker series, statewide and local conferences, conferences on behalf of the State Department of Education and other statewide organizations, and more. We can also design and produce all of your conference or workshop materials.
Our Litchfield campus is nestled in the picturesque Litchfield Hills and conveniently located on Route 63. The nearly 6500 square feet of meeting space makes EDUCATION CONNECTION’s Litchfield campus an excellent venue for all your functions. EDUCATION CONNECTION offers an atmosphere of comfort and unparalleled service, allowing guests to focus on their work in a quiet and relaxing environment.
Our rooms can accommodate up to 250 guests. All rooms are fully equipped to meet your needs. We can provide you with LCD and overhead projectors, screens, TVs, DVDs/VCRs, microphones, and flip charts. In addition, we have wireless mobile capabilities and T-1 lines for internet access. We also offer a computer lab that can accommodate 20 users as well as several mobile labs. Video conferencing is also available upon request. Our Office Services department features high speed copiers, fax, and postage equipment. This equipment is accessible Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
EDUCATION CONNECTION’s Litchfield campus is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., for either a full- or half-day. Evening and weekend hours can also be arranged. Full-scale catering is available on- and off-site. Our professional Food Services staff can coordinate reasonably priced breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and/or light refreshments. We can customize a menu to suit your event planning needs. A delivery charge does apply to any off-site catering.
Our staff can manage your entire conference registration process, regardless of whether or not your event is held at EDUCATION CONNECTION. Our staff has expertise in online registration design and management, processing payment, contract negotiation, communicating with presenters, catering management, and audio-visual/technology equipment. Our staff are also available to assist your staff with your on-site registration process.
Hotel Accommodations & Transportation
If you’re planning an event that requires overnight accommodations, our staff can help you secure a block of hotel rooms in the area. If you expect a large number of guests to attend your event, we can make arrangements to assist with transportation, including shuttles.
Presenter and Venue Procurement
Our staff can help you find presenters to fit your specific professional development needs. We can match you with the appropriate keynote speaker or facilitator that can plan and lead meetings, focus groups, and planning sessions. Should you wish to hold an event at another venue in the area, we can help you find a facility that best meets your needs.
Conference Materials Design & Production
Our award-winning staff will work with you to design and produce all promotional materials for your meeting or conference.
Our Danbury campus is located in beautiful downtown Danbury and conveniently located on Main Street. The Danbury campus features two conference rooms that can accommodate up to 40 people. We also have full-service office space available for rent or as needed.
