Science Saturdays
Description:
Science Saturdays is a hands-on experiential science program for students in grades 4-6. Students learn from professional scientists whose lively and relevant presentations help students understand the real life applications of science. The fun, interactive nature of the program is intended to increase both interest in and academic performance in science.
Students will:
- Meet 5th and 6th graders from other schools
- Solve problems and experiment
- Meet exciting guest performers
- Create interesting projects
- Solve problems through teamwork
