The Center for Collaborative Evaluation and Strategic Change (CCESC) was created in 2008 to provide quality evaluation and assessment services to educational, non-profit and human service organizations.  We work closely with each client to provide high value evaluation services while simultaneously supporting the client to improve their capacity to use evaluation processes and results to guide program improvement and enhance student success.

 We Believe That:

  • The purpose of evaluation is to collect high quality and meaningful data.

  • Data collection should be meaningful to the client and their stakeholders.

  • Evaluation supports the ability of an organization to understand and learn about their programs.

  • Evaluation is an educational process.

  • Evaluation must be timely, efficient, and effective.

 Our Services Include:

  • Evaluation of educational programs in K-12 science, literacy, health and mathematics education.
  • Development of a comprehensive, user-friendly evaluation plan.
  • Survey and focus group development and administration.
  • Creation of student assessments linked to state and national standards.

  • Creation and grading of scannable student assessments.

  • Support for data teams at an instructional, school and district level.
